Quilbilly's Restaurant & Taproom (formerly Twana Roadhouse and 101 Brewery). Located in Quilcene, right on scenic Highway 101, where the foothills of the Olympic Mountains and the beautiful (and oyster famous) Dabob Bay meet. Beautiful mountain views & outdoor seating. We believe in taking care of our community and customers while delivering a fun, relaxed atmosphere to enjoy delicious food, beer and cider that are sourced as locally as possible. Quilbilly’s features: 12 rotating tap beer and ciders, half pound burgers that are rolled by hand using all-natural grass-fed beef from Painted Hills Farm, hand-tossed pizzas, locally sourced seafood and veggies, homemade pies and desserts including several ice cream flavors and milkshakes. No deep fat fryer— our beer-battered fries and breaded cheesy jalapeno tots are all baked in the oven. Salads featuring Spring Rain Farms greens (Chimacum, WA). Our entire building is kid-friendly, attentive service & fun atmosphere.
