La Cocina focuses on local ingredients available in the PNW to showcase the abundance the region has to offer like WA apples, corn, and other produce. Everything is made from scratch. All of the sauces, salsas, and drinks are made from fresh ingredients including our mouthwatering margaritas with real lime juice.
